We design and develop websites that are built on the Drupal content management system. The Drupal content management system will allow web administrators to easily update their websites without the knowledge of HTML or any programming languages.
Some web development companies will charge a monthly fee for using their content management system. At Creative Insite, we only charge a one time fee to design and setup the site. The only time there would be a monthly fee for the hosting. Hosting is something you can bring along or purchase through us.
Drupal and websites
What is Drupal? In it's most simple form, drupal is a content management system. A content management system will allow the web administrator to edit pages, upload: images, video, and audio without the knowledge of complicated scripting languages or HTML. Websites that require frequent updates would benefit from the Drupal content management system. An example of such a website would be a news oriented website or a blog.
However, drupal is not only for blogs or news sites. Drupal can also be used to build shopping carts, image galleries, forums, the possibilities are endless.
Maybe your site isn't as complex as the sites mentioned above. The cool thing about this CMS is that it is incredibly flexible. We always encourage a client to go with a drupal site even if there won't be many updates needed. Eventually content will need to be added later on, having a drupal powered site will help save time and money in the long run.
What about other design work?
We are not only limited to websites. We also create artwork for print. We have the tools and experience to have your artwork setup properly for print. Why is this important? If your project is setup in RGB when it gets sent off to the printers, there is a chance that the colors will come out substantially different. If bleeds aren't setup properly, your project could have an unintentional white border around the project or artwork could be trimmed in a spot that would destroy the overall meaning of the piece.
